Great staff, super knowledgeable about latest products for my salon!

The employees in the store always close the store before time!!! No matter the store hours on the website because when it close to the last hour they employee at this store close before time and then walk to the back of the store to pretend that they are not even there when you can see from the outside that they just walked away from the front door so they don’t have to help you. That’s why I give such poor review to the store in particular. It deserves a minus star NOT even a star!!!!!

The store employee asked me if I needed help finding anything so I explain to her what I was looking for. She then proceeded to ask me if I was a licensed hairdresser and when I said no, she informed me that I was unfortunately unable to shop there. I have never been refused service at a store before and it was embarrassing to say the least. Maybe they should have a sign on the door that states they only sell to licensed professionals? Instead of people picking out things to buy and walking around the store for 20 minutes only to be told they can’t purchase any of it. Very disappointing experience.

I prefer to shop at the store for all my hair supplies because I like to look around the store. The employees are always extremely helpful to help me find or order anything I may need and still get the sale price. So glad cosmoprof came to Titusville!!!

The manager of this place had to be the most knowledgeable person I have met in a long time. Great laugh to, love shopping in her store!!!
