This is my go to for supplies. Each interaction I have had with employees has been helpful, informative and friendly.

I came to the store 5:50pm and they can’t let me inside because it was already closed, but here they supposed to work until 6pm

Worst experience ever in over 20 years shopping with davidsons yes i was a customer before they changed the name from Davidson's to cosmoprof have never been treated so rude by a staff member. I came in at 3:49 another shopper walked in immediately in front of me . As soon as i walked in i was rudely told they close in 10 min and she was not staying late . I was only getting one item . The item i had was not on the shelf so I asked if they had any in the back she said she was restocking. So i paid for my item the customer behind me was still at the register. While walking out I saw the sale table got back in line and at 3:56 she said she couldn't take me because "I'm closed and I mean it !" . I will definitely not return to this location. She literally refused to ring the 2 items . Howev

I went in to shop for my salon and the 2 girls working, Mackenzie and Shawn were so helpful. They even helped me sign up for their virtual class coming up. I recommend this location for professionals to shop! What a great experience!

I didn’t think you needed to look a certain way or had to be dressed a certain way if your a person of color. I guess the lady was a manager and felt the need to keep a watchful eye on me until I paid for my purchase, this is beyond sickening. Following people around isn’t a deterrent for those who intend to pay, it just helps people of color make up there mind to never return to this location or establishment again! I’m educated and I have no reason to steal anything at all especially when I can afford whatever I want and need. If I could give this location in Timonium 0 stars I would.
