I love coming in here with my Wife..Seems like we always spend a lot of money here...great, friendly staff. Great prices, great selections.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. i’ve been in the store about three times and there’s one older woman who is extremely rude and offputting. I have never let it bother me until today when I called because app was not working to do delivery order, I needed to place an order over the phone and she was extremely rude and condescending. If you ever need to go to Cosmo Prof go to Plainfield.
This store is for professionals only, it is not open to the public. They stock a moderate variety of products and makeup and a great selection of color. The staff is friendly and seems to keep very busy. If you call ahead, they'll have your order ready for pickup.
great place for professional cosmetologist nail technicians and estheticians to go and get supplies for the same prices as the online supply stores! With the app you can do awesome things like use the scheduler book appointments keep inventory and do monthly orders on automated. Staff is knowledgeable and most of them have been there for a while.
Better stocked this time, of course it's not their fault they are 3 truckloads behind. Be nice! Even tho we need their items they need and want them also. Not their fault
