Cosmo Prof

This is a great location because of the exceptional customer service. Every time I shop this Cosmoprof, I don't want to leave! Chelsea is lovely. She is so knowledgeable, kind, always smiling & I WISH my sales team could or would upsell like this young woman. Chelsea, you got me again! I love every product. You were correct about the Wella smooth, too. I went in for ONE item, left with 6 or 7. Had a blast worth every minute & every dollar. Thank you for the great CS, selection, cleanliness, et al.

I love the staff that work at this store and I've always received excellent service. My issue is that they never have everything I need. Cosmo Prof has some problems getting the products on the shelves. I usually tell the sales associate what products I need that they don't have in stock. For awhile, usually a week later they would get it in and call me. Lately, I'm requesting products and they don't come in. I'm losing money because I can't provide my clients with products that I've sold to them for years. What's the problem? Warehouse?

This store always has everything I need in stock & has the kindest most helpful customer service - I love it!

Customer service here is awesome, never had anyone go above and beyond like David from the Carrollwood location. Not only he got what I asked for, but also realized I grabbed the wrong product called me right away, I was able to do a quick U-turn and grab the right product.
