0 stars? I placed an order for products I urgently needed on a trip, only to be told two items were out of stock and canceled without the option to exchange. After sending an Uber to pick up the remaining items and waiting over three hours for the order to be prepared, I then received an email right before closing that my entire order had been canceled. At that point, I had no opportunity to place another order or go to the store in person. This has never happened to me at SalonCentric or Cosmoprof before, and the lack of communication and organization is extremely disappointing. The level of incompetency is concerning, definitely not costumer first.

I truly enjoy shopping for my beauty business at this location not only was the manager Kristy knowledgeable about the colors but she educated me on the type of lifting product I would need for best results. I also enjoyed watching the team display Sara and the other associates have while working together. I recommend all in my profession to go to this location and expect the BEST!!! Thank you Kristy and team. My client was so happy with the results.

Yulia is not friendly, every time I ask her about a product she doesn't feel like helping. I will not return to this cosmoprof, it is unfortunate because I am a client who comes every week.

I stopped by the new location in Tamarac to check it out and to support a local business in my neighborhood on Sunday, February 22, 2021, and was completely disheartened. The sales associate followed me around the store the entire 16 minutes I was in the store. Upon entering he asked me if I had a license. I told him I had a Cosmoprof card. He asked me if I was looking for anything, I told him I was just looking and asked him when the store moved to the new location. He told me they moved last week. Which shocked me a bit, since the last time I was in the old store they told me they were moving January 4th, after having changed the moving date several times before.
