Closed. Continental School of Beauty, Pizza Pub etc. still in plaza, but no Cosmoprof.

I went to the Mattydale store. I live 20 minutes from there. I waited awhile in traffic due to roadwork. When I was getting ready to cash out, I needed to use the ladies room, and was told that I could not. I had to go to the restaurant next door. I went back and paid for my things, and will never shop there again. That's an awful way to treat a customer. I will go to A&E, or shop on line from now on. I've been a hairstylist for 24 years and have never been treated that way before in a supply store. The girl that cashed me out said if the manager wasn't there , she would have allowed me to use the ladies room, and apologized.

My Favorite Cosmoprof location in New York! They are all friendly & welcoming. up to date product & tool knowledge. I will for sure be back 😊

Planned on running in & out but one of the employees was cackling with 4 other ppl who came in together. Tried to get help but I was basically ignored. The other employee was sitting in a chair in the back of the store on her phone. I asked her where something was & she pointed & continued to sit there on her phone. Now that I know the A&A sells what I need, though a bit further in distance, I will be going there. Prior to my last visit, I called to ask a q about a product and whoever answered the phone (I believe it was the manager) was extremely arrogant & condescending. Ppl just don't care about customer service anymore & this place along with Camillus aren't exempt.
