Very disappointed with my experience today usually it’s always someone really helpful but today it was an awkward lady that asked me twice how I was doing and then said she couldn’t give me bag which I could see behind her.

The variety of products for professionals is infinite. The staff is completely knowledgeable on their products and helpful when buying items never purchased before. I trust their input and guidance when second guessing the best product to purchase for the right results...I'm a licensed cosmetologist and do my own hair. I'm naturally a very dark brunette (probably a level 2 or 3) and am able to accomplish my platinum look with their help on the best lightener and toner! LOVE this store and the location is perfect for me!

Amazing store the girls there are great it is always clean and stocked the best they can be with everything going on. Even though it was hard to get things in they still made sure to take my information down to get a call back when the items I needed came in.
