Never have good experiences with this location
The lady in the front desk was really rude! Some of the stuff didn't have a price and when I asked for a price check she'd give me an attitude. I rather pay $1-$2 dollars more at Sally's Beauty Supply, and receive better customer service. *UPDATE - Turns out this employee stole from the company as well as others and were terminated.
Love this place! They've got a new staff & they are all super nice, helpful & knowledgeable. If you had a bad experience before, give it another try. You will be pleased.
I just recently learned that the new manager here.. her name is Rain? (Could be spelled differently I’m sure) is letting the girls at the bath and body works that are unlicensed buy products with a DISCOUNT under her name at Cosmo. We don’t get discounts with a license, ontop of it not being fair for licensed professionals to have to go to school and work hard to buy our supplies for our business when Cosmo barley has products in stock to begin with.
Great place! Friendly staff! Clean store! Perfect place for all my salon needs!
