Good customer service is when your needs and concerns are addressed , especially when giving opinions and recommendations. Terrance is a delight to buy from. He gave me some of the best service I have ever received from this company. He is very knowledgeable and the rest of the staff is just as friendly and helpful. This location is underrated.

Terrance is always so helpful and friendly. I love going in to this location because of him. Today was one obstacle after another and I got to the store past closing. Him and Alia were absolute gems and took me in anyways. They both were so sweet and made my night!

I had to write this review for the team of workers that work at the cosmoprof on sproul road in Springfield. First let me start by saying I have been going to this location since 2017. I have had the best experience this pass Saturday with the crew. The manger I believe name is Terrance if I got the name wrong please forgive me charge it to my head and not my heart. When I say he is beyond knowledgeable of the products in this location is an understatement. He helped color match color for my hair and it turned out phenomenal! I’ve been a cosmetologist for 31 years and he taught this one dog some new tricks. He was so good I had to sign up for the world of texture class that he mentioned this upcoming Tuesday. So excited for it. Here lately Ive been ordering products on line from cosmoprof.

I love the store, but the downside is, frequently they are late opening. Instead of 8am , its always 8:15am.
