The employees in the Division store are the best ones! I am deaf and especially the same employee seems to be there I go and she helps me and is so patient and kind to me! I am so appreciative!!

The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful as well as experienced with the products they’re selling. As a beauty school instructor, they have always welcomed instructors and students for field trips and are more than willing to answer questions and help the students feel at ease working in the cosmetology industry.

Insane amount of products to choose from! Everyone there is awesome and eager to help, but not so eager that they follow you around the store, which I love. Always available for questions, and they'll give you good, real answers and advice, not sales-based answers. My go-to store for products from now on!

Does not sell to the general public. You have to be a licensed Cosmetologist to shop here. That's fine but they don't advertise it on the front of their web page or on Google, they don't have a sign in the front of their store, nor do they explain this to you as you walk in. No they wait until you get all the shit you want and bring it to the register and then that's when they tell you that you have to be a licensed cosmetologist. It's annoying. Just advertise it and stop wasting people's time.
