I’m always here right at 8 am waiting to get in , today when I arrived I saw a worker go in really quick maybe to clock in and then she left. It was 3 of us in the parking lot waiting to get in. She finally arrived back at 8:20 something and got an attitude when people didn’t want to say good morning. I told her maybe because we’re running late to work because we’ve been waiting on you to come back , she said life happens. SMH. Yall need some new employees in here !

Every time I've gone to this store in the last 2 months, there is a note on the door saying be back in an hour. No time listed on note as to when you will reopen. I can't wait in the parking lot for that long. It's very inconvenient. Today, I started calling at 11, and there was no answer for more than an hour. I'm not sure what's going on, but I will be ordering my needed products from other salon professional suppliers. This is ridiculous. You need to list lunch hours on the website and on Google so we know when someone is actually in the store.

I went to the store today around 1:30ish. I got out of the car in the rain and went to the door it was lock. It had a sign on the door saying be back in 30 minutes. It was very inconvenient. When I was leaving I saw an elderly lady go up to the door and it was lock. She got out her car in the car in the rain. Even though the sign said be back in 30 minutes. How would you know what time that will be. Because I don’t know when the sign was put up.

I love it here! They have most of the products I need, offer free classes, and great customer service

This is my go to store my salon is 5 minutes away! When I come in I’m always greeted with a smile, even if the store is slow and the associate is near the back of the store she always comes up smiling, friendly, and telling me what’s on sale. I’m normally in a rush so I come in the door calling out the products I need and they always respond with the aisle the product is on (so helpful) I’m so sad I forgot the young ladies name. I also love that classes are convenient and most are free!
