Okay so me and my husband were out christmas shopping in the list strip mall in shelby. Went to bargain hunt first then walked by cosmo prof heading to hobby lobby. I needed JUST a new hair brush. It was a $10 hair brush. I have thick curly hair and was excited to buy a better one than my old one. But we were totally unaware they only sold to hair liscened professionals. Maybe our fault for not knowing that but possibly a lot of sales lost people ONLY wanting a hair brush, hair dryer or good curling iron to spoil themselves or their wife. Felt stupid at the counter when they couldn't sale a $10 hair brush to ordinary folks in a strip mall christmas shopping. Maybe change of policy for normal people could help sales and give the public something nice to be proud of. Not good experience at a
