I had no idea what I was doing and the woman here helped so much! I wish I asked her name but she had bright red hair and was just so kind! I was inquiring about some scissors for hair cutting and she gave me all the knowledge I needed to succeed. The interaction literally brightened my day.

Visited the Sunbury CosmoProf today around 12:30 PM and was very disappointed with the overall experience. When I walked in, there was no greeting and no one at the front register. Two employees were sitting in the back talking while several customers were shopping. I brought my infant with me and discovered that all of the carts were broken and did not have a usable child seat, which felt like a safety issue. I had no choice but to place my baby in the basket and keep a close eye on her the entire time to prevent a fall. After finishing my shopping, I waited at the register for a few minutes before anyone came up to check me out. There was no greeting or courtesy—just a request for my phone number and a very blasé attitude throughout the transaction. I was also not informed until checkout

Not attentive to customers, and they act like helping you is a problem

Yes I am always very blessed going to cause prose I enjoy talking with Kimberly the manager and learning from her ink from her and also her her kindness and servant's heart is a total blessing. Even when I mess up doing dumb things to my hair she gives me encouragement on how to fix it. That's what cosmetologists do.

Wow! Girl behind the counter with red/purpleish looked like it just been done hair was superrrrrr RUDE! absolutely no customer service or concern for you. I just had one question. People like you is why northerners have a bad name in the South! Period. No respect.
