As a nail tech, they don’t offer much for nails and that’s the only reason I put 4 stars. However, they do have plenty of wonderful hair products and helpful staff :)

The people who work in this store are so helpful. Today, I called my order in as I was in a hurry to grab some things and needing to be back at my salon(about 10mins no traffic) with lightener asap. The person working today….. I think her name is Sue, but I could be wrong, was so helpful. She gathered my order as I was on the phone with her and it was ready for pick up immediately. Such great customer service! I have been coming into the store for my Joico Color supplies and other things for years but I just don’t get enough time to stop and say something nice about them. Good location with nice staff and good stock, however never open on time. Constantly waiting in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes until an employee rolls up with coffee in hand. Super inconvenient.

Absolute terrible service NOBODY wants to help! I'm not sure if she was the manager but she was so ignorant and unhelpful! I'll never go to that store again! ALSO there prices were changing and I purchased foils that were priced at 7.99 and they charged me 10.49 so when I asked they said "everything is going up sorry!" And this is AFTER the lady told me they were 7.99! . This is the seekonk location. I just cant believe RUDE they are and Uncomfortable I felt! There like miserable robots!

This place is usually great!, but have had two bad experiences this week! Saturday I went to the store and the sign On the door says curbside pick up only. Call the phone number so I did 8 times no one answered! Waited in the parking lot for 45 min calling! Waste of time had to reschedule my client . So then I drove to the store again today . Another sign so I called she did answer this time but said I couldn’t put in an order because she already closed the draw at 5:13, even tho the door says open till 6. She stated they don’t have enough staff. So to avoid further annoyance stay clear of this store till they are fully staffed. Will take my business elsewhere for now. Cost me time and money.
