If I could, I would give it zero stars. The store is very good! But two of the saleswomen, one with blonde hair and the other with black hair, are extremely rude and arrogant. I can't understand how people like these can work with the public

Wish I could give it zero stars. always rude and condescending and today I showed up to pick up my online order at 5:54 and it says that the store closes at 6 and door was locked and the person would not help me even though I kept pointing at my watch and it was clearly not closing time yet. If you can, avoid this store they are much nicer and professional in Malden.

The girls at cosmopril were the bomb they were so helpful and then she called another store to get the second color we needed and that lady sent the other color aside and went to that other store that's customer service thank you so much from me so it helped a lot that they could show me and get me the products that I needed to do my cousin's hair some work girls you have no idea how less stressful that makes people when you are that out of going keep it up that's the way to do customer service love

Would have liked to see a better sign that reads. 'This store is for salon professionals only', not just a hand scribbled 'salon professionals only' ... for what? Just trying get something nice for myself amongst life's responsibilities, only to be disappointed this store is not for the general public. I really wasn't expecting that. Maybe allow the public in but don't give the discount if you dont have the profession card?

The customer service isn’t there to put it nicely. I’ve gone to this location a few times because it’s my only cosmoprof locally and wish it wasn’t. The other times I have been there I’ve never been greeted or asked if I needed help and have been followed around the store. I went in yesterday and was greeted, so I was pleasantly surprised, as soon as I had a question I found one of the employees to ask, she answered in a rude tone as if annoyed I was asking anything and immediately walked away after answering. I was stunned. I turned to walk over to the register and found another employee just staring at me at the end of the aisle, she immediately averted her gaze and walked away. I hate places of service were you feel like you inconvenienced the employees while they’re at work. Do better.
