Every time I visit Cosmoprof San Rafael, I’m always warmly welcomed. The staff is consistently friendly, respectful, and attentive to everyone. I especially want to highlight Lauren, who has become my go-to person whenever I visit. She’s always kind, patient, and genuinely helpful — taking her time to explain products, give honest advice, and make sure I find exactly what I need. Lauren makes every visit a pleasant experience. She truly represents the best of customer service, and I’m always happy to see her there. Thank you, Lauren, and the whole Cosmoprof team for your professionalism and kindness!

Michelle was wonderful!!! So very helpful and they all the products I needed-and of course- an added hemp lotion I just needed!!

Their stock can be kind of spotty but lately they've got some super friendly girls working there. That has not always been the case. So that's definitely earned him an extra star!

Weren’t open during “store hours”

Called about a product. The woman who answered was lovely, confirmed that they had the item I wanted in stock, and told me that she would hold it for me. I'm in the middle of moving, and I made an effort to get in and pick up the brush because when you ask to have something held - you are obligated to buy it. It took some effort to do so as the store is really difficult to find. And it turns out that only licensed professionals can shop here - something that I wasn't told when I called. I suggested - nicely - that this was something that the person who answered the phone should have mentioned. And while it's fair to deny me the right to purchase it was really unprofessional to blow off what was a reasonable suggestion ... followed by .. "Have a Nice Day" in that tone of voice that su
