My mom stopped by this location and couldn’t stop raving about how patient and helpful everyone was! She had a ton of questions about nail polish and a sale that was happening, and Denise (along with another team member whose name she didn’t catch) went above and beyond to assist her. It makes me so happy to know my mom was taken care of so well. Highly recommend this location! 🙂
The staff are very kind. The manager is also super nice. It explains and recommends products according to customers' convenience. I prefer here to Cosmo Proff near my house.
The staff here are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They don't get 5 stars because the majority of the time, the associates do not call you when your orders come in.
Cosmoprof is always a great store but the staff here is excellent! Very nice people and very helpful!
