The customer service was terrible, the cashier was on the phone and didn't even notice that she had a customer in line.

People on duty on 1/13/21 at 4 :00 pm, were not friendly or helpful at all. When we confronted the cashier she was very rude and did not even try to apologize for her lousy customer service skills. Instead she rudely defended herself with selfish excuses. Get people with customer service skills who know what they are doing.

They don't have anything in stock or in the right spot. The girls were extremely rude and didn't answer any questions, to the point of just looking at me. I spend alot of money here and this is not ok. Today has really been the worst experience i have ever had here. Most of the time it has been good and helpful. I was told the wrong information about a color. I would rather have a honest answer of, " I'm not sure but let me look for you". It is that simple! Customer service is important.

The most wierd and unusual experience ever - wondering walk-ins are just not welcome to the store. There are plenty dye hair overpriced twice products for "hairdressers with license only." Do not even dare to enter - very serious sales through you away from the store, you would be just lucky if they do not call police for enforcement that rule, which posted somewhere on enterance door.. Not recommended - go to Amazon instead. (Change to 2 star, they did not call police though.. ;))

Not very friendly and not very helpful at all would definitely drive out of my way to go to any other CosmoProf than this one. Also they never have all their products on the shelves Well, it's been a year and went in with a question about a color line I wasnt familiar with. I simply asked if the base to this color was a green base or a blue base and the girl with pink hair said she didn't know. I said well is there a book or something that I can look at and find out what the bases and she went got me a book handed to me walked away absolutely no help at all and rude as hell I will never shop at this CosmoProf again and I suggest CosmoProf shut this place down or hire new people
