I went in to this location today and walked in to buy a flat iron. When I found what I was looking for I went to the check out counter. I told the cashier that I just passed my cosmetology exam yesterday and have already paid for my license to come in the mail. I also told her that I am already registered as a student in the system as I had already purchased a blow dryer there two months back. However she said she couldn’t find me. I provided her with documentation proving that I passed and have already purchased my license online and a letter with the amount of school hours I had when I was a student signed by my school. She then told me that I couldn’t buy anything because she couldn’t find me. Now, let me just say I am not upset about the fact that I couldn’t buy anything, I am more ups

I went in today and the manger is absolutely rude and was unprofessional. She made fun of my weight and said that I didn’t look professional then she told me that my mom doesn’t look like my mom and that I am adopted. I will never be going back there again. They are extremely unprofessional and rude

Walk in and they starred at me like I was going to steal from their store, I asked a question and they just pointed to the other aisle . Rude , unprofessional people in there. I will be calling corporate to file a complaint to whoever was checking me out. First and last time in that store . Not friendly .
