I went in to the Roswell location today around 1 o’clock. I asked for a sale catalog and received one. In the sales catalog, they had a bogo-buy a shampoo get a conditioner free. I picked up 2 Shampoos 2 conditioners. Along with some other products. When we got to the front, they said they couldn’t ring it up and that it wasn’t on sale anymore. Even though The products I purchased were clearly on sale in their sales catalog. So I went back because there were two bottles of the same shampoo marked $24 And change. I brought those to the front, They said that it was mis-marked. they wouldn’t sell it to me for the price listed when I kept asking her for a manager or supervisor she said she was the manager and she couldn’t would not call a supervisor to help me and about that time. This location is closed during business hours randomly. Second time I drove 20 miles to face a closed store. I understand that they are short staffed, however the corporate chooses to not incentivize employees to work due to embarrassing minimum wage and no overtime. My complaint is towards the corporate and not the wonderful ladies who are always friendly, helpful and professional.

The workers are very knowledgeable about the products and are very friendly.

I went into this location specifically looking for a color wax for a temporary hair color change that would just rinse right out and apparently they don’t carry such products. So the employee recommended a color conditioner product saying that it’ll work the same and I purchased the item went home and did a strand test and there was no color change. So I attempted to return this product and they refused to return it so it’s safe to say that I will no longer spend my money with them. My card expires in July and I won’t be renewing it. It burns my biscuits when companies Highly recommend products but when they don’t work out they are like oh well you shouldn’t have bought it. This item was a few dollars it was $22 for one bottle and I have no use for it!
