Bought a pair of clippersThey didn't want to change exchange them had to send a bag to the company twice. Finally got ahold of I guess the GM they were more worried that they were gonna give me a better clipper than their customer service. The company that I had bought the clipper from sent me a more expensive clipper but I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't stay charged. Now I find out that it's probably was the battery because there's only 3 hours of time left on the battery but when I went to exchange it, they would not give me a comparable killer for the same price that the one was that they replaced.I will not buy any other clippers from this place. They wasted a lot of my time and energy and didn't compensate me like they should have for my time and energy when it was handled wrong

The manager is fantastic and very helpful! I haven't met any of the other staff, but I figure they are just as fabulous! I love the wide selection of products and I appreciate that they are open 7 days a week to accommodate my busy schedule. I will definitely continue to shop here and tell all my stylist friends!!

Lady was super rude and had an attitude the whole time with everyone she was not patient at all. She had brown hair and I don’t know her name.
