So sad they only have services for professionals hairdressers, sometimes also regular customers and clients wants get the best deals and products for their own needs, hopefully they could help the regular people too

On 2-13-21, the store in Rogers was closed during normal business hours. We arrived around 12:45 pm and there was a sign in the window sharing they were closed for lunch and reopen at 1:20 pm. No problem. Understand if short handed you need a lunch. Decided to wait since we are from out of town. Girl comes back around 1:02 pm takes done sign of 1:20 pm and then replaces to 1:35 pm. Sorry - if you post something stick with it! Bad business. Especially when three cars are in parking lot waiting for the business to open.

Rainy day last week with lots of thunder and lightning and the young lady was still able to provide excellent service. The 5th store we searched for a product, will go here 1st and only, next time!!!
