Great idea for a beauty supply shop in Rhinelander… just not this one. They require a license to buy anyrhing even products that are sold online to anyone for a fraction of the price. That means they’re essentially only a service to 0.04% of the population. I was denied a purchase on a $200 hair dryer, only to find it online for a quarter of the cost with no restrictions or liscense needed and same with basic items like blade sanitizer which you can get them anywhere. At this rate, they’re only hurting their own business. Wishing them luck, but the model doesn’t make sense especially for small town Rhinelander.

I'm not one to write a bad review, but this location is absolutely horrible. Please save your time and money and do not go here. The store is NEVER OPEN during business hours.

Im not one to ever leave a bad review but they are not a reliable location. I have driven an hour and a half to this location on 3 seperate occasions and they were closed each time. Will not be returning.

This place is never open the hours they have posted! It's 10:04 & no one is here! This is the second time I've tried to shop here. Very frustrating!

At least 4 times of driving almost 2 hours to get here and they are closed!! Maybe they could update the Facebook page when hours change! Who is closed on a Saturday and open Sunday! Horrible!!
