Came here looking for tiny elastics for my dreads, wondered around the store a few times and found nothing. I wondered past a woman and she asked if she could help me find something, I told her I was only looking for small elastic hair ties, and her only response was "Do you have a license? you have to have a license to shop here" in the most condescending, look down your nose way. To buy hair elastics?! real professional...

I went in and showed the manager what color I wanted and she recommended a couple of products... that turned my hair orange when I wanted a blond and the toner did absolutely nothing that she said would give me the color I wanted. I felt a little bit like a inconvenience to her which really put me off. I wanted a good product to try out and I got carrot topped.

Called in as a professional and asked to get an order put together which I have many times in the past I asked when they closed said that I might be running a few minutes late is that okey and would she still be there she said yes. Got there 2 minutes passed closing because of construction and no one was to be found. Very unsatisfied since I had to drive over an hour to get to the store! Also to mention they never have half the things in stock and have been out of stock for several weeks!

Thank you for being a clean and organized store. I bet you are always busy trying to keep it that way but take it from someone who passes two other cosmoprof locations and drives 30 minutes more just to go to this one that is always clean and always stocked. Thank you thank you thank you

Heads up, it requires a cosmotology license to purchase anything from this place. Other than that, their selection of products looked decent.
