I don’t know if that’s the manager or what but every time I go there this big lady start asking me question like doubting if I’m license to buy at the store and also won’t stop looking at me but give me space to look around won’t keep her eyes looking at me and then this award comments doubting my license to buy

11/14 reading pa location. Terrible customer service as soon as we came I was spoken to with attitude the lady was rushing us right away saying the store was closing in ten minutes when the store still had 20 mins. She also was very dismissive and unwelcoming I am very unpleased with this employee.

The staff are so friendly and kind! I love going to this location just to see them. The location is convenient and I always get my Matrix color and products at a much better price that the competition! Deb the manager is amazing 🤩

awesome location, very nice and helpful staff. I do wish they had more in stock, but with these times I don't really think it's their fault for not having an abundance of some colors
