Cosmoprof in general has terrible customer service. This location is especially lazy on helping customers. Employee's are often found in the backroom, on their phones, or ignoring customers and gossiping among themselves instead. Today is the 2nd time this location failed to inform me that my same day order was simply not coming, or why. Turns out the items I wanted were unavailable. Not a shock, since their shelves are usually very poorly stocked, and things are often unavailable. When I called corporate to find out where my delivery was, they said "oh, the order has been canceled." I told them that nobody called, messaged, emailed or said ANYTHING to me. Per corporate that is "It is the responsibility of the store employees to communicate with customers about same day delivery orders." I

I am so impressed with the service I got from Kathy & Penny at the Port Charlotte, FL store. I wanted to buy a product that wasn't in stock and it didnt make sense to pay shipping. Kathy kept my info & contacted me when the shipment arrived and called me back the minute she found one tube of the Guy Tang product I needed. She held it for me and set another aside "just in case" I wanted them. I picked up the one tube and we arranged for her to order 2 for me, and she did.a few weeks later I had just had a hair makeover and was going to buy what my girl told me she used. Penny came from the back room and helped locate what I asked for but also included some product advice and showed me an affordable option. I couldn't be happier with my experience in the Port Charlotte store!

Love this store and really love the staff .they are the kind of workers a company wants working for them. Trionics developer is the best there is nothing better you can turn black hair into the whites blonde without double processing. No need for toner. Ever. You have to try trionics you will be amazed. I bleach my hair with trionics higher and higher 50% and 50% lift thur. Its fantastic and thats on permed hair. You can not do that with any other developer. I always love coming here with my mom to stock up on all of our personal items, but also great gift sets for the holidays. They always have some great deals! But the last time I went with my mom I had such a horrible experience with the lady working. I don’t remember her name, but she had dark hair with red roots and let me tell you she had NO customer service skills. As soon as we walked through the door my mom had an exchange she had to do before the rest of our shopping and she was rude right off bat with that. She kept going to the stock room do do whatever it was she was handling back there and I had a question about some hair gel for my son. When I called for her from around the corner she acted like was inconveniencing her. We kept shopping around and when it was time to check out

I usually love coming here to shop most of the staff are helpful. Today not so the dark haired girl with red in her hair is so rude and unhelpful. My mom is the stylist and I came to help her carry as there are no bags anymore, I had a question couldnt find the sales girl she finally appeared with her phone and continued to ignore us. Finally she gestured her head to the product we were looking for. A smile costs nothing and why no paper receipts? I hope our regular lady is there next time we go.
