Loved their Montclair location !! Today as I was going to try their Pomona location I was rushing to get to them before they closed at their designated time 6pm and I was there 15 minutes before closing time and come to realized they had already closed. Really did appreciate that given the fact that I really needed a product and if I would have known they close at whatever time they want wouldn’t have tried coming here at all. Will continue to go to Montclair location. They need to update their hours online if they’re going to be flexible like that and not set !

OmG I cannot describe how pleased I am with the help from Alma, I was looking for something to fix the horrible mess I got in my hair for trying to get a platinum blond by myself, she recommended Olaplex blonde and I loved it

I have been shopping here for years, never have I ever experienced bad customer service until this past Sunday. This young woman named Lauren is the most disrespectful person I have ever come across. After Sunday, I will never shop at cosmoprof again and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is a hidden GEM,but once you shop here you'll be a regular, customer service is very good.Manager Gina is super Kool, Lauren, Audrina & the rest of the girls are helpful & make it a nice environment to shop .Thanks Girls!
