I honestly never feel comfortable shopping at this location. Particularly because there’s a woman there who is a bit older, short, heavyset that makes me feel like some sort of criminal. She follows me around into every single aisle. She’s basically attached at my hip whenever I’m in there. Now I don’t know if it’s because I have a different kind of look…(tattoos piercings) that I am treated this way, or if she just genuinely thinks, I am some kind of a shoplifter? In which case I would think she could simply monitor people from a security system screen. This is actually absurd that I’m even writing this because it’s so absolutely disturbing. I could give you much more detail, but it’s pointless because, sadly, I’m sure nothing is going to change. Please DO BETTER!

Great Place! I enjoy coming here often. The ladies are so very helpful...Especially the store manager. She is Amazing! Store is set up beautifully, very organized, and customer service couldn’t be better! Thanks for making every visit so pleasant and vastly informative:)

Every time I go in CosmoProf, I’m always greeted with a smile by Aubrie , She so helpful and knowledgeable & she’s so dedicated and organized, Cosmo Prof is lucky to have her in this day and age. Her customer service skills are impeccable. 👍

The girls are always so nice and store is clean but They are always out of wella Koleston colors.

Its Saturday at noon and they are not open. No sign on the door or a recording when you call. Nice way to do business......
