AMAZING customer service. All the women are extremely helpful and give great educated suggestions with product and are very personable. They have a great selection of professional products and color lines that are exclusive for lincesed professionals. I love this location!!! Would recommend 100% for licensed cosmetologist! 10/10! I think it’s funny that people get mad that this store sells to licensed cosmetologists and barbers only. It literally says it right on the front door. None of this product can be found anywhere else other than faulty product which was probably tampered with. I love the ladies who work here, they are helpful and kind. Ignore reviews of uneducated folks, you can’t get this stuff at walmart.

The poorest customer service and the most vicious comments as you are leaving the store! I thought for a moment I was dealing with high school girls not profession cosmetologist! You all seem to forget without customers of all kinds not just wealthy ones, you would not have a need for this store!

Unbelievable they won't even let you ENTER the store without a license! Forget supporting local businesses. Ill do my shopping online. And from what I saw through the store window, most of the stuff can be purchased at WALMART for much less $$$
