Cosmo Prof

I went in looking for a product for fine hair I was referred by two salons the lady at the register was nice at first ,she told me she had no product for fine hair for styling, then a customer came in and ask me if I had a license, I said no she said I dont belong there,I went to great clips ,found the product,called Cosmo Prof back told her I found the product, at great clips, and asked who the rude lady was , she hung up, I asked how much does a license cost? She said you have to go to school,I said the rude lady needed to go back school,that was wrong ,BUT when I first came in I should have been told i needed a license and not that there is no product to help,

I went in and they told me that at 10:00 a.m. someone who speaks Spanish would come in. I left and came back. Apparently the person was already there. He looked out from behind twice but never came to see what I needed. I waited a while until I decided to leave. Terrible customer service.

I don’t know what is going on with this store or who runs it but it’s almost as if they just through new employees in without any training or not enough… for over the span of 5 months I’ve had an issue anytime I go to this location. From the orders not being ready, systems not working or employees grabbing the wrong items/saying they have something in stock & then end up not having it.

I just stopped in last minute very close to closing time, Veronica was so cordial and helpful to me and I was very grateful. She didn't rush me or make me feel bad, in fact she went out of her way to help me. I wish more business had employees like her. She is an asset. Great experience. 👍
