Cosmo Prof

I needed products for a service to be performed on my scheduled client this morning and Cosmoprof Old Saybrook is closed still at 9:45am when on the door the hours state they open 8am. We as stylists, rely on this store to be open when they say they are so we can operate our businesses. Salon life is already stressful enough as it is. I called corporate office. They are closed as well when office hours say they are supposed to be open. I don’t know how they expect their stores to remain professional when they cannot set the example. Very unprofessional Cosmoprof! Bella Professional sells Goldwell Products as well and that’s where I will be strictly be buying from now. You should just shut down the Old Saybrook store because this is a common reoccurrence according to others I just spoke wit
