9:30 store is closed. But on Google maps and on the door business hours for today from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Can this location please hire more people? I’ve never had an issue with the one located in Lawrenceville(which is now further away from me). I’ve driven over to this location on a weekday (not on an holiday) and read a sign saying they were closed.

Very bad service and customer service in this place always always! When there is an offer on a purchase from a brand, for example today, Matrix steals your free product and gets upset if you ask for it, today because I noticed and complained. The company should take serious measures with this type of situation since they are a great company and these people are damaging their image. I feel like they take advantage of people who don't know how to speak English very well.

I had to leave a review because Carmen is absolutely phenomenal. Every time I go, she is so kind and so helpful with her product recommendations. I got locked out of my car and she went above and beyond to help me out! Appreciate you Carmen :)

Again the customer service at this location was terrible. I called to ask for a receipt to be reprinted and they told me they couldn't do it. This is funny because I called the on in Sandy Springs and they had no problem helping me.
