Needed to return something that was used once. And they wouldn't do it at first, however they decided to do it because of the amount of money spent on the returned items. However they wouldn't look my account up to find my receipt. I called corporate and they gave it to me right away, and taught me how to provide proof of purchase in the store. They corporate representative called the store to let them know I was coming and to put the return through. When I got there... They were not happy that I went around them and found a way to return my items. Even after I said how appreciative I was about them doing this, they were very short and snotty about it. I almost took these items back to another store, because when I called a different location, they were even willing to do an exchange witho

While the store is very clean and the staff are wonderful people, they NEVER have my product in stock. I have been in the store on multiple occasions each on a different day of the week every time in vain. I ordered product two years ago and it is still on back order yet other stores carry that same product.

I make extra trips from Erlanger to this location because of the staff. Always friendly, always helpful. I returned untouched stock often to keep things fresh on our shelves and never have a problem with this location. Usually always see Karen but everyone here is equally helpful. Best location in NKY in my opinion.
