Went there at 2:30pm the other day (store closes at 4). another car was parked next to me waiting to go inside because the door was locked and lights were off (assumed they stepped out for a minute) we waited there until 2:50 and pulled off (so did the other lady) as we were leaving the parking lot we saw the worker sneaking out relocking up and leaving. So she sat in the store hearing us trying to come in, ignored us and then didn't even wait for us to get out of the parking lot before exiting. Babygirl you had over an hour until closing and just lost the shop sales and money. Highly unprofessional. We were in last minute emergent need for hair color (had the time to go there if she didn't hide and close early) the real question is what time did she lock the store and turn the lights off

Melissa was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She took time to provide information about the products and helped me choose what was best for my needs. It was a wonderful and stress free experience... I will definitely be back.

After years of trying to do business with this location, its simply eAsier ordering online. Never have complete Matrix color line and out of stock in many other items. Opens late, customer service is lackluster.

The Newburgh CosmoProf store is wonderful! The Manager and Sales Associates know me well and are always helpful. Their product knowledge always helps me create beautiful work as a Hair Stylist!

This is my go-to store for my salon products. Jennifer, is very helpful every time I need help with anything. Overall love it here!
