Worst place to shop and worst customer service! Literally got told to go to sallys instead. Was racially profiled! Looked up and down asked everyone else what they wanted except me. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

The place is beautiful
Katie was a huge help to me today!! She took her time to help me pick out specific products & gave me suggestions for product lines i wasn’t familiar with.She was friendly and professional. All of the ladies there are super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
This was my second and last visit there cuz both times were bad experiences. The first time I didn't even get to go in cuz one of the employees said no if you not hair stylist you can't shop here...... 😒what?....... nd today went to ask for this hair supply didn't even get to finish my question the employee already no no no we don't have it like I was even trying to explain but she dismissed me so fast. yea never again
