Each time I visit this location everyone is so friendly and welcoming! They always have everything I need and I love it!!!

unhelpful and unknowledgable staff. refused to honor a two year full coverage warranty, that another cosmoprof is willing to honor just fine. Go literally anywhere else.

This is my least favorite Cosmo prof location to go to. The staff barely acknowledges you and on my most recent visit it seemed as though one of the employees was still in her pajamas. The shelves were nearly half bare, I heard another customer ask if they have something in stock and without even looking up from what she was doing the other staff member told her what they have is on the shelf.... fortunately I was able to go over to salon centric and get what I needed and will just force myself to go to the Maple Grove or Minnetonka locations from now on. My experience at the other locations is always wonderful! Happy, helpful, and knowledgeable employees who make my shopping experience the way it should be!

Return policy on floor mats is no return. I opened a box to look at it and it was the wrong one. Could not return cause the box was opened. $110. I guess I will be buying from Amazon.
