Went to visit the store to find a certain shampo, however upon coming in the sales rep at the time (today is January 6 and the time was 2:20) was very rude. When asking questions about where a certain product was she gave me an annoyed looked and looked very unhappy about my presence being there. When i found the product (with very little actual help from her) i couldn’t find the right one and with her being the only staff i asked if by chance she had one in the back and got the same response of an annoyed look, wouldn’t look at me and seemed very unhappy about me even being there. She would walk away as i have sometimes difficulty in hearing and had this whole demener of not wishing to help me. Will not be returning to this store

The sales rep was helpful, and customer service was great. I was in and out of the store quickly and found all I wanted to purchase.

I visited the store to buy some gift cards. Lianna (manager) was very helpful in conveying the right information. The highlight of my visit was their employee Anne. She provisioned the gift cards for me with a benevolent smile and a friendly demeanor, that transcended the customer care standards. Anne you are a gem of a person!

Just drove 30min to this store. To get here and cashier here doesn’t have change. Never coming here again and gas is 5 dollars. Very unprofessional or was it that I’m a African American woman that owns my business. I’ve been in business 24 years and to come Patronize another business they can’t change money ridiculous. I seen why the others store have better business reviews. Thanks but no thanks

This is an amazing location! I had some issues with my babyliss flat iron and the ladies here helped me find a newer similar item that was more affordable! They also suggested a curling iron and it was on sale! This will be my new favorite location. Love the helpful ladies here
