I only go to this location because it’s the most convenient to me, but every time multiple items I need are out of stock. The staff is typically not very friendly and act annoyed that you’re shopping there. Also items always ring up more expensive than their tags/sale signs indicate on the shelves, and when you question it the response seems to always be along the lines of “yeah I don’t know, it’s ringing up at x amount.” I wish there were other options nearby for professional beauty supplies.

I entered the store for the 1st time today and I've been a professional hairstylist all my life from age 18 to now 48. Unfortunately I don't do it for a living anymore so I haven't kept up with renewing my license. When I walked in I was questioned by salesperson if I was a licensed hairstylist and I told them what I just told you and I was told that they couldn't sell me their products and I wasn't even allowed in the store . I was extremely shocked and disappointed with them and their policy and I told them so. If they treat their stylists like this I can't imagine they get much businesses from our profession. They are not a chain, aren't popular and won't sell to public . Without the business of hairstylists they have no business. We r the ones who buy it and sell it for them. Don't g

I went to try to purchase scissors for my older cousin who IS a licensed cosmologist so she needs a pair for a church event tonight. Sad how they expect to stay on business with purchases solely made by these unsatisfied "qualified" customers, and such a shame that they choose to discriminate against people who don't have their Cosmo license and lose out on business opportunities

It's my favorite pro beauty location. The specials are not just on clearance items, but also on the every day salon needs. The staff almost all know me by name, so they recognize what some of my top picks could be. I buy all my Kadus haircolor there, among other things. And the downtown Nashua location is convenient for me to get to quickly near the salon. Thanks for doing good business Cosmoprof!
