I’ve been spending my $$ here for years & always enjoyed shopping here. The staff were always friendly & pleasant. I went in recently, saw two new faces… MINUS ANY SMILES. Whatever… people have bad days. Fine. However, after getting rung up for my items, I noticed everything rang up quite a bit more than what the prices stated on the shelves. I asked about it… was given a look like I spit on them & told “Those were the sale prices that ended a few days ago.” OK… FINE. As soon as I paid, she hands me the receipt & says “We don’t have any bags for free…they’re $1.50 plus tax each.” I said, “Are you serious?… when did this start?” She then IMMEDIATELY WALKS AWAY, along with her co-worker-leaving me standing at the desk with all my items…. Now I’m pissed… about the whole experience. I’m not ch

Apparently you can’t buy anything in this store unless you have a license. There should really be a disclaimer on the door or something. I just needed shampoo to help get rid of the green in my daughter’s hair from swimming. Don’t waste your time going here unless you’re a professional. Better to go a few doors down to Sally’s where they are friendly and will actually help you!

I came into the store,10/29/04 and the woman with the short thin blonde hair had an aggressive attitude right of the bat asking me what im looking for ,not " do I need any help" so I told her and she asked me an I licensed,which I AM.The store in lebanon doesnt act like this so why when you come in THIS store its like that. She was on the phone asking if they had soft bristle brushes..You would think an employee would know if they had those brushes.Doesnt seem like SHE is licensed lmao or does anything else around the store except be on the phone.Next time I come in the store and she has an attitude she gone get one handed back to her x10 !

Cheaper than regular stores. ONLY FOR LICENSED PROFESSIONALS
