Kathy always has the biggest smile and the warmest demeanor. The store consistently offers better prices than the app.

Today was a better experience than my last few visits. I wasn't followed or hovered over. They had what I needed. It was easy to find.

I’ve given this location a lot of chances in thought of maybe they are busy but I don’t think they’re that busy to not be able to help or depending on who you’re talking to. Even going into the store or paying they’re not friendly.

I have been going to this location om three other separate occasions and this time I went to ho buy a toner , the lady was not helping me and claimed none of my information was in their system when I had already signed up previous to coming and was insistent . She would not sell me the product and proceeded to do nothing on her end . This cosmoprof as a student I wouldn't recommend at all . Every time I've come the staff usually harass me , and plus you only vome in with your paperwork but have no benefits and/or discounts. For qll the student reading this please go somewhere else

First time going to that cosmo proof and it was a very uncomfortable experience, all the employees were just following me and my daughter around thinking we were stealing and asked us multiple times if we were taking a certain product that my daughter had put back on the shelf and then one of the employees asked if we were done . I found that very rude.
