This is my go to shopping place for hair products. I'm always greeted with a welcoming hello and smile when I visit. They always have what I need and if it's not it's in the next delivery truck.

Every time I come to this location the quality of customer service is outstanding! The store is clean, organized, and I am always welcomed with a warm hello and staff consistently offers any assistance. There are three employees at the store I want to mention by name to recognize their world class customer service. Chelsea, Kandy, and Nikki are fabulous! Even tossing out the occasional compliment which always feels good to receive. In a world where people seem to have lost common decency, these ladies always are a bright spot when I come to the store and their bright demeanor keeps me coming back time after time!

Im leaving a 1 star review due to one employee. She never helps customers when they have questions every time I go in she always ignores me she's very thin and blonde. I don't know her name because she doesn't offer customer service. When I go usually they are slow. Today when I went there was a tall lady too. Tall lady usually nice and always helps me. And there is another lady has a dark hair she always helps me too. I just wanted to leave a review here so they can figure out who she is. I am just frustrated.I love Cosmo pro. I been shopping here since 2010

I needed help today about a product to make sure it was for color treated hair she completely ignored me. Very very rude will not be going back due to that employee
