I have to give cosmoprof a negative review. I called them on the phone on Saturday, 4/2/2022, at about 11:30 AM MT, and asked the clerk if they sold professional hair clippers. The response I received was shocking. I was told that they only sell to licensed professionals. Then I say, "Okay, thank you," and hung up the phone. My view on things: "It's a big world out there. If you limit who your customers are, then you lose customers, which means you lose sales, which means you lose money, which means you go out of business. So, then I proceeded to go to YouTube and looked up videos on hair clippers that barbers use. Then I went to Ebay and I found them there. Thank you."

I love all Cosmo Profs. The Cosmo Prof that I usually go to (in Colorado), there is a manager that is the sweetest girl ever and helps me with anything and everything! When I went into this Cosmo Prof, there was a young girl who didn't seem to want to help me with anything and kind of seemed irritated that I was even in there. I spent 70 dollars there and she didn't even thank me for coming in.

I dont know the name of the woman who was working Sunday just before close but she was very sweet!
