I’ve seen this happen multiple times now, and it’s really frustrating. If employees are going to step away during store hours, there should at least be someone available to help customers. Today, I had to wait 30 minutes just to be let in—even though this was clearly during their posted business hours. It’s extremely inconvenient, especially when people are coming on their breaks or with limited time. This really needs to be addressed.
The girl who helped me today was amazing, her name is Mercedes and is a truly sweet and great person. The place is always clean and well stocked as well, definitely my favorite Cosmo Prof, great employees and well organized.
