This is the closest cosmoprof , there’s not a lot of locations anymore, google suggested Labor Day might’ve affected the hours but that could just mean closed earlier , not closed for the day, so I drove all the way here on my day off for nothing. I’m pissed lol would it have been impossible to at least edit the hours on this locations website ???…

VERY RUDE!!! I called and was i literally put on hold for literally five minutes, the. Hung up and called back asking if they had any vegan hard wax. She said the brands she had and said “I don’t know if they’re vegan”, I said “that os something someone would need to know”, she asked did I know any brands and if I did any research… I said “I know a lot of brands, I’m asking what you have there, if you have any vegan hard wax”, she claims to have said they don’t have any, I said “no you said you don’t know if it’s vegan, that’s a totally different answer”, then she dismissively says “we don’t have any, is there anything else I can help you with”, and I told her she could help by knowing what she has in the store. I will never cheat on Salon Centric again. The way the associate was acting towards me was absolutely disgusting. She was already late opening the store. I don’t know if she had an attitude about that, but I just came off a 8 hour night shift and arrived at the store 15 mins after it was supposed to open. When she finally decided to let me in she opened the door and walked away so it almost closed in my face. There was another woman that came in after me and her customer service was like night and day. Idk if it was because the lady had a child with her but that shouldn’t even matter. I ended up returning my products on the shelves and only got gloves because Salon Centric had everything else I needed. I never ordered an Uber that quick in my life.
