I placed an online order for one clipper and one trimmer with store pickup. Before leaving my house, I received an email stating that the clipper was not available, so I drove one hour to pick up what I believed was the trimmer. When I arrived at the store, I was told the only item available was the clipper — the exact opposite of what I was notified before making the trip. This resulted in a two-hour round trip wasted due to incorrect inventory information. My time is valuable and I rely on accurate order confirmations. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and completely avoidable. CosmoProf needs to improve communication between online orders and in-store inventory so customers aren’t inconvenienced like this

Every time I come in there I get enlightened with new products the knowledge that the girls have one in particular I'm sorry right now I can't think of her name super sweet. Haven't gone wrong with any of her recommendations thank you so much. Keep up the great work

Amazing and cured my dandruff

I recently used this company for both a delivery and a pick up order. Both went very well. Upon entering the store, I was greeted and taken care of quickly. Very happy with their service and would recommend!
