I have been shopping at Cosmo Prof ever since I've been a licensed nail technician and this store in McHenry is very nice with a great manager Michelle. Worth going to shop!

I don’t recommend coming here. I came here because I ran out of massage cream. I couldn’t even get into the store good before the cashier tells me that they are closed . However, she allowed someone else to enter the store and allowed them to purchase products. Not sure if she had a problem with me because my shirt has my massage business on it or if she was being racist. However, I definitely won’t be back here again.Don't recommend this location at all. I have never had this experience before. This is the location in McHenry, IL right off Richmond.

Always helpful,if unhappy with a product or a top coat I use every once in a while it like water,instead of thick fast drying consistency I bought a lotion other month went to try it few weeks ago and it's sealed still,butt the pump is broke I almost always save my receipt, I need to purchase a LG. order,usually even exchange especially still has shrink wrap on it the pump doesn't fully pop out its broke at part u pump, never had a problem with that type of situation, My bad on a babe lash I purchased I got large size,didn't realize I still finishing old one,new one empty,I never opened it, I had my friend come over she suggested it to me asked her is this empty or doing something wrong, empty,I never called I bought it over month earlier $70.product,I thought to much time passed even tho

Great savings on the best product. But more than that are the wonderful women who work at the McHenry location. They are always helpful and so informed and experienced. These are professionals and you can trust their advice. And they are so nice. I love Cosmo Prof McHenry!

Michelle, the manager, is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and top notch in my book. She always offers great tips, pointers suggestions on all the products they care and even singe they no longer carry. Everyone is always very helpful :-)
