I went into the shop to look at things, and the young woman working there kicked me out because I'm not a barber. My daughter is training to be one, and the young woman refuses to serve me.

This store is terrible, customer service is horrid. It’s the same girl everytime I’m in there & she is beyond useless. Ruins my day everytime I’ve been & I’ll never go back!

The customer service is terrible! I had to pick up hair color and developer to do my hair, but my mom (my trusted hairstylist) wasn’t available to tell me what I needed so I thought I could trust the employees but apparently not! I asked for help and they were loudly watching videos, didn’t even care to pause it to help me. She asked the brand I was looking for, and I showed her the color then she grabbed some stuff and took it to the counter without asking any questions at all. Hey, I don’t know anything about products, and you work at a product store! I then asked where the bowls and brushes were and she pointed in a direction. I took home too thin of a developer she just grabbed, and not enough color because she didn’t care to follow up and ask. She obviously didn’t really care nor want

DO NOT GO HERE FOR TRIMMER OR CLIPPERS. Let me explain why. I went in for trimmers and I'm glad I asked what the return policy was. At cosmo prof they have a NO RETURN policy on those items. And idk on what else. The lady stated it was because "it's a big hit to the store" which I then said it's a big hit to the stylist as well that is buying new clippers to find they don't work and can't be returned. At least give a week policy. So after I left I called SALON CENTRIC. they have an AMAZING policy on their items. So they have my business. Not having a return policy for a place you purchase new items from is crazy. 2 stars because unfortunately I have to come here for Color 🙄

Love Cosmo Prof but every last time I've been in the store off Manchester in Ballwin the employees are so rude and not helpful whatsoever. Being in the service industry my whole career I just think it's unacceptable to be that way when you see a customer I don't care how bad your day is, act professional.
