I’ve been here twice in hopes of having my usual shopping experience at a CosmoProf. The first time was a Saturday. The staff member was super helpful (as much as he could be) as I tried to find the products I needed but none were in stock, nor were my second and third go-to options. He explained that they’d just gotten a shipment and it needed to be unboxed and put away. He was not a regular employee at this location and apologized that he couldn’t do more. Shelves were very empty and he explained they’d be restocked by Monday. I returned a week later on a Sunday (during posted and advertised store hours) only to find that the store was closed. Desperate for product, I returned Monday hoping for my usual experience but sadly the state of the store was the same as the first time I arrived

I just went to the Dayton/Arapahoe store trying to buy products and the assistanc e lady didn't allow me because "it was necessary to have a store card" when I have bought before whit any problem. The lady was very rude and I really felt her despot attitude.

The associates are great and go above and beyond. The company though has really mismanaged the color inventory. Color is only delivered every two weeks and frequently missing key vital colors that are needed. It is practically impossible to keep a stock of colors needed to perform services in the salon. Corporate needs to recognize this is an ever changing artistic trade and shortchanging inventory is the kiss of death for our profession.

Not only is there a huge selection of wonderful products but there is also a ray of sunshine by the name of Sheri (don't kick my butt if I spelled wrong Lol) is amazing! Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, let's you know about any deals that are going on...honest...she makes it feel like the "Cheers" of Beauty Supply.💕
