I love this location because it is so close to where I live, but Shirley always makes it such a horrible shopping experience. She has absolutely no concept of customer service and is always rude. Everyone else, especially the manager at that location has been so kind and willing to help.

I bough a spray water bottle for almost 8 dollars and filled it up with water at the Barbershop I work at and it didn't work.. I brought it back the next day and they refused to exchange it. Poor customer service and horrible return policy. Also keep in mind it is nearly impossible to get corporate on the phone to resolve your issues. You are 100% better of with either going to Sally's or on Amazon. I will never shop this store again.

Good service normally. But the store needs to get their hours right on Google- inaccurate hours caused us to travel a half hour to the store only to find out they were closed. Open Sundays until 4, NOT 5. The hours were changed on their door with little scraps of paper stuck over the hours reported on Google.

Always love this store. I was disappointed to have planned a trip super bowl Sunday before 4pm close and when j arrived at 3:15 & they were closed No sign or postings… Kinda ruins my schedule for tomorrow but I’m sure it was for something important :)

Wonderful customer service. They always have the items I need, and when asked for recommendations they always know what works best for my curly hair. Also I forgot the girls name but she is very polite and helpful
