Normally I have a great experience coming here. All the ladies have always been kind to me and have asked me if I've needed any help every time I came in and had nice little conversations with them. But the last two visits that I've been there were disappointing. Ever since this "pandemic" started basically. The first time one of the employees TOLD me to put my mask over my nose. I said I can't because I can't breathe and then proceeded to check out. I was not going to argue with her about it. Then my last experience was when I brought my son in with me. He is 2. I was looking for the product I needed and he was going to the end of the isle then to stop and turn and run back to me. He wasn't touching anything, wasn't running AROUND the store, and was not by anyone and the lady tells

The blonde lady in there was very strange and not friendly she was rude and seemed like she hated her job don’t come here also because you need a license apparently and they don’t tell you like there should be a sign cmon.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Why is there no sign saying you have to have a cosmo license if it’s a requirement? And why is it a requirement? Yall have the same products as a Sally’s for the same price.

I've been coming to CosmoProf for supplies for some time and I've found the service great and the store well stocked with the products I need. They are quick to order specific items not in stock and inform you when they arrive, and they are usually cheaper than the competition!
